Romania rural accommodation: traditional cottages, houses, eco-lodge

the idea is to buy, refurbish and develop agroturism concepts around the country. My business partner and I, foreigners but lived here many years, own 5 businesses in Romania including a hostel and a guesthouse and own 15 properties in Bucharest and more businesses and properties in other countries. We can show our personal and business credentials and achivements that span more than 10 years.

We just bought 4500 sqm with 2 traditional buildings 1 hour drive from the capital for a really small price. We saw many more properties scattered around the country and we see a huge potential in this. Possibly focusing on Eco-friendly business, making wine, workshops of pottery, yoga, healthy eating, recycling, having bees, growing procuce and staying in touch with local history and tradition.

Eu structural funds and local rural development grants are a possibility and we are applying; we also have a personal solid financial base. We are looking for motivated people who want to invest and own a business and property. All done with notarized and strictly legal and transparent paperwork.

Who applyes needs to be willing to live and work on the property bought, be willing to learn the language and have a minimum of 30 000 euro to invest and sustain him/herself for some time. Anyone willing to commit with work, love, investment and energy  in these projects is welcome: individuals, couples, families, friends etc

We are open to a joint venture with us and the new investor/manager. We are open to ideas. Each new property will be independent and can choose in which direction to develop: whether its a wineyard or a dairy farm or simply a instagrammable traditional house.
