Hello and welcome to one of the coziest hostels in Bucharest City...
...That's how our story begun more then 3 years ago.
Meanwhile we've grown from 12 beds at our first location, to 26 beds in shared 4-6 bed rooms and another 8 places in 4 private room (1 double room, 2 twin rooms and a single) at our last and final location.

The place: What we have has grown organically over the past 3 years.
Initially the whole thing begun in an apartment building on the 6th floor and we only had 12 beds. This was real fun.
A year later, we moved to this 300+ sqm House with a lovely 200 sqm backyard and now we have 34 places, but the place itself can have maybe another 5 guests easily if needed and some of the rooms can be re purposed if wanted.
Location: is 10-15 minutes walk (basically 2 intersections away) from Unirii Square (central square) and the Historical City Center (Party area) and 20 minutes walk from the people's house (parliament, and one of the main attractions of Bucharest)
is 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus & Tineretului metro station
is 5 minutes walk to two parks (Tineretului & Carol)
is 5 minutes walk to 24hrs open supermarkets
The rent: is under priced for the area; i will disclose that over the email.
Utilities: water is about 200eur / month, electricity about the same
The house is heated with gas fueled heating system, and since the rooms are not very big,
the cost in quite down during winter months, about 400 euro / month.
Internet 50 euros and another 50 for the garbage.
VERY IMPORTANT: we have our own washing facility in the attic, and so far it worked like a charm. A year before we had a contract with a company but they totally destroyed our linens.
After that we've re purposed our attic with 2x 12kg Washers. The drying is done on lines. Very cheap, very efficient.
Security: The whole house is under DVR surveillance with 10 cameras which can be monitored from the Staff Room, or from any Iphone/Android Phone.
The backyard: at this moment the backyard is changing with season. we did some arrangements for our guests to enjoy. There are chairs, tables and a gas BBQ. Much can be done with the backyard. The simplest thing to do would be a summer bar but with some investment you can turn it into a small restaurant if you ever dreamed of owning one.
The Staff: at this moment there are 3 working staff members and 2 cleaning ladies, and no volunteers. With our schedule you (as future owner) don't need to worrie about anything. they got it under control 24/7 all year long, but needless to say, of you want to run it partially or totally with volunteers it can be done also.
The reviews: in only 3 years we managed to get to 550+ review on Hostelworld. Most of the other older hostels got here in 6-7 years. If you are in the industry already this will tell you a lot.
THE SALE: Includes, literally EVERYTHING in the hostel and Outside from beds to linens to computers and bicycles, yes forgot to mention we have 3 of those as well; we give them to our guest for a free ride, but can be also rented during summer.
The Hostel has all the government licenses and authorizations needs for running the business.
And the sale includes the company also.
