We'll all meet in a bar in San Francisco for drinks. There is no set itinerary other than to meet other people in the local hostel industry and talk about hostels over some drinks.
The event itself is informal and free --- everyone buys their own drinks.
The first one is scheduled for September 1st, 2011, at 6pm. If you are interested in going, but can't attend on that day, let me know.
