Searching for LOCATION (Rent, Buy, Partnership)

We are searching for a location to start our hostel, preferably in South or Central America.

We have seen interesting options but are still open to other suggestions, advices or offers.
Idealy, we are looking for a beach destination, with a city within reach (i.e. not too secluded.
We are flexible and could either buy or rent an existing business, enter a partnership or even start from new.
We wish to have between 40 and 50 beds.

If any of you can add sometihng usefull to out search, it would be apreciated.
