Selling a hostel In Nis, Serbia

We are selling our business after almost seven years of running. Our hostel is the first opened hostel in the third largest Serbian city, Nis.
The hostel is 200 square meters house with two floors. Also, there is a 40 square meters Cafe Bar on the back. The hostel is located in the center of the town, next to the University Building. Hostel have 20 beds in total. Bar have 24 seats indoor and 20 seats outdoor.

Also,we have a excellent staff for Hostel & Bar.
