Hello, I am selling my share part in Hostel First Mirissa Sri Lanka due my moving to another country. Its a new growing business in Sri Lanka. The hostel is in Hostel First chain around the island. 

Mirissa is one of Sri Lanka’s prime beachside destinations with the long stretch of the beautiful sandy beach shaded with towering palm trees and dotted with beachside bars, restaurants and cafés. It’s a destination suited to anyone’s holiday needs with top surf sports, whale watching, beach lounging, top seafood restaurants and many more attractions all in the vicinity.

Hostel First Mirissa is made up of 5 private rooms with own bathrooms, 4 private rooms with shared bathroom and 3 dorm with 4 beds and shared bathroom. Totally is 30 beds. There are huge garden with take away cafe, big common areas and shared kitchen. The property is located about 3 mins walking distance from the beach.

The hostel has been growing and running strong for 2 years. There are very good rating in booking engines. My partner is local business man who are willing to open more hostels around the island. Everything is set up with documents.

Price of 50% share is 30,000 USD.
