Selling hostel in Tbilisi

Hi all! I wanna sell hostel as a business. Hostel is siruated in Tbilisi, metro station Rustaveli 5 min from us. We start business in September, it was a pleace without any reklam, without any customers. and now people know us, we have a good reviews on Bookingcom. Best location on the street cross(5min to one of the central metro station, 10 meters to food shop, 2km from Liberty Square, free parking) So, now we opened another business(food) and have no time for operate the hostel. The price is 3000USD include - brandname, all passwords of different OT.(booking,airbnb,host world, google business and many other), phone number, where many customers and taxi drivers call, economist, many-many linen, cash machine. Hostel now is fully equiped. Also we suggest our help for opening business(private entreprenaur). Rent payment is 900USD. The price of one bed is 6-10USD (depend of season).
