Small hostel for sale in India- Best hostel India 2018

Hello,

I am planning to sell my hostel "Jugaadus hostel" . I have been running this from almost 4 years and it has the same reception staff from the beginning. They mostly run the place without me. I am heading for my MBA and need funds for that.

The hostel has 22 beds but the building is big and the hostel can be expanded with some restructuring after talking to the landlord. We run at around 70-90% occupancy the whole year and won the best hostel award last year when I was not there for most of the time.
