in our hostel we work with hostelworld and hostelbooker and hostelsclub and booking.com , and we always have to connect to everyone to check the reservations and making room , dose anyone know software that can manage them or some of them without need to open then in browser ????

Another choice would be myallocator.com. I believe they have all the integration that you are looking for, minus HW. However, I'm told that they're working on a solution to solve the HW integration. Regardless, using Myallocator would seemingly reduce your workload by 75% in this regard.
We're working on our own PMS with channel management features that should be coming soon.
