I saw a few postings detailing small hostels and inns for sale.

I own and run www.BuyMyDreamHotel.com - we currently offer a free service for those wishing to buy or sell small privately owned hotels, hostels, campsites etc.

Those who take a look will see our website is completely different from others in our field - we are spam free and carefully vet all ads. We cater for the lifestyle end of the tourist business, people who want a life change and decide to buy a hostel or any other type of small tourist business.

I do not want to disapoint potential advertisers so please note our restrictions.

We deal with freeholds only - you will usually be required to offer some kind of verification to indicate your ad is genuine ( we usually use the website address and an email sent from that website's email account ) and we do not deal with inner city offers - we are all about the great outdoors - national parks, coastal resorts and areas of natural beauty.

The owners of BuyMyDreamHotel first ran a small mountain hotel with ten rooms and now run a campsite, before all of that we worked as computer professionals. BuyMyDreamHotel was our reaction to excessive percentages charged by agents for the sale of hotels - we decided to do it our way and so began our website. It is now over five years old and expanding from its original roots in France to the rest of Europe and the Americas. We do not yet cover every region globally.

Our services are currently free - we do not believe in get rich quick internet schemes and although one day we do intend to offer premium ads at a very modest price it is our honest intention to always offer a free basic service and above all to always deliver a great deal for a small price.

I hope the forum moderators will allow this posting and not consider it sales spam - we are a very genuine website and I feel anyone taking a look at our website will consider it so.
