staff for a 22 bed hostel?

Hi, I'm just doing up some figures and i'm unsure how much staff i need and how many hours required for a 22 bed hostel.

I'll be on site running the show, but can't be there all the time.

For cleaning - would a part timer 3 hours a day, 21hrs a week do?

I don't need a 24hr reception, i expect reception to be open til 11pm (not in a city)

I'm thinking maybe I'd need another part timer, maybe on the weekends?

Maybe someone on the desk at the weekends, 10pm to 8am?

Profit's looking pretty tight at the moment... so what you guys think... just one regular part timer... and an occasional part timer?
