Start a hostel business in European Union

Hi all,
im european citizen and I would like to talk about european opportunities for young people.
Im still 29 years old...and often the help from the European Commision end after 30 years old. That's why Im asking you, to be more quick collecting informations.

If someone already know about facilities such as:
- tax relief for youth
- any grants available for youth
- any grants to the purchase of property or for renovations
- running a hostel as a non-profit organization

to start an activity like a youth hostel in European Union, please can you post here?

I searched in the web site and I found something about U.S. but, Im not American :P
