Tallinn, Estonia (tiny guesthouse hostel for sale)

We're a very small 3 room hostel (plus a nearby apartment) in Tallinn's Old Town. I recently started this place for a friend who was supposed to own and manage it. However he left Estonia and abandoned this place to me.
You'll get a small legal place with a 3 year extendable lease and very low rent.
There are already plenty of future bookings and you're listed on 3 booking websites.
Just pay us for our furniture and take over the lease and it's all yours.
