Financials/Occupancy: Occupancy ranges from 95-100% full (November- mid-September) to 85-90% full(mid-Sept. - October & for a 2 week period during June). Monthly profit (including bar & grill sales) currently averages from $4,000-$5,000 ($50,000-60,000 annually) with potential to do $6,000 per month ($72,000+ annually)as we currently do minimal advertising.
