If I'm ever in Brisbane I will make that steak my personal mission.
Right now I am managing and consulting for a hostel in Romania.

No I don't run a hostel, but I have stayed in over 450 hostels and visited plenty more. I am particularly interested in facilities for the solo traveller, and the sociability of hostels. I run a website that assesses hostels on this basis -- but since hostel reviews are now readily available on several booking sites, the role of my site is coming to an end.
