For management we save up plenty time on front and back office. We collect all the requiered personal datas and signature with online check in. What guest can make 72 hours prior of the arrival even from home. On the arrival day they receive their virtual room keys on their smart phone and they can even choose their desired floor and room. The payment can be done with only credit card if it is reqiured, of course we can keep the cash as well.
