Top Rated Hostel in Rio de Janeiro for SELL

Hello everyone

I am the only owner of the top rated hostel in Rio de Janeiro, the best location ever (BLOCKBEACH in Ipanema), one block from the subway and mall, most beaultiful and safest place - the most expensive area in the city. The hostel is brand new, I have just opnned it, less than a year. It´s the only hostel in ALL Rio with a real bar oppened for the public and with big events and parties (about 200 - 300 people) every weekend, also oppened for the public and with entrance fee. All the others bars from hostels in the city close at 23h, mine goes untill 5am. It´s a win win business. Win with accommodation + weekday parties and tours comissions + bike rental from the hostel + space rental for events + etc during the day and win with drinks and parties at night (really a lot). 24 hours win business. Excellent occupancy rate, because is the most beaultiful hostel in the city, all new and modern located at the block beach. Less than a year, 10 months from the opening, I have already earned 87% of everthing I have invested. I can prove with my registered accounting, bank statement and everything. I have worked my life to open this hostel and I have to leave my dream because I am leaving Brazil with my family for medical reasons.
