Villa in Bali converted into 7 bedroom hostel with 28 beds.

I am selling my hostel in Bali. Great location, only 11km from the airport and close to many surfing beaches in southern part of Bali. Hostel is currently closed due to i've recently moved to a different city. Originally this was a villa which i converted into a hostel with 7 rooms and 28 beds. 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. The other 5 beds share 2 common bathrooms with 4 shower areas and 4 toilets. All bunkbeds come with a very nice and comfortable King Koil beds, suitable for 5 star hotels. There is also a very nice swimming pool around 10m in length so that guest can do lap swimming also. The lobby and common area is facing the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped also. All marble floors except in lobby and swimming pool area is beautiful palimanan garden stone floor.

I closed this hostel about 4 months ago, due to i've moved to a different city. When it was operational, many guests came from England, Germany, France, Italy, USA, Australia, etc. Average occupancy was around 60 - 70% during the year.

The property has a freehold title and complete with all required operating licenses for a hostel.
