Hey everyone,
me and my wife decided to follow our dream and create a hostel (our favorite is Nicaragua but we are open for discussion) so we are keen to have a talk.
We are looking for co-investors and people who are keen to be part of our (their?) dream.
I'm a graduate (MSc Business & Economics) and have worked as an analyst until I decided to quit march 2018 and take the leap of faith.
We will be moving from Switzerland (where we live now) to Central America (Nicaragua?) September this year to start looking for a suitable object.
Our imagination is to create a place where people connect, collaborate, and share their advanture with fellow humans :)
We don't have many criterias regarding the whereabouts and are open for inputs. However, we want to create the space at the coast where there are some surfable waves (I'm a passionate surfer myself)

PS: I'm fascinated by Digital Nomads (Considering myself a parttime Digital Nomad and have the impression that a hostel in the sense of coliving / coworking would be a great opportunity)

I can help you design, build, manage or add on to your Hostel or eco-project at cost for a partnership profit sharing concept, with the right plan and location. I have spent lots of time in Nicaragua and built projects in Granada 8 years ago. I currently work in Panama, Peru, and Ecuador but I would be very interested in working in Nicaragua again. I have this hostel for sale in a beach town Montanita-Ecuador. If interested coudl also look into the possibility of leasing it to you for a year or two with the option to buy. This is probably the best way to get started
