Here's a list of things I'm considering selling at my hostel. Add to the list if you have any ideas and any comments about this list are appreciated.
a.Drinks: 20 ounce size water bottles, San Pellegrino sodas and mineral water, Coke, Beer.
b.Pad Locks
c.Tampons for the ladies
d.Universal plug adapeters for all countries
e.Ear plugs
f. bar soap

How about condoms? Or does that suggest a little too much:)
It doesn't suggest too much. It is being realistic. If someone has a "need" it doesn't matter if they are staying in a hotel or a hostel they will still look for someway to answer that "need" :cool:

I've seen condoms at a few hostels (vending machine).

I think The Bulldog in Amsterdam used to (or maybe they still do) provide single packs of condoms with the hostel logo on them! :D

They do indeed. They keep a bowl of them at the reception desk and guests can help themselves.
