When I started HostelManagement.com, it was possible for one person (me) to run the website. Over the past couple of years, the project has been growing rapidly and there have been a few people helping with the backend of the project for a while now.

Hostelmanagement.com is now proud to welcome Rucksack Brian to our team as the Community Manager. Brian is a hostel manager and consultant who has been a member of HM for several years. He is involved in hostel industry events around the world, and we are happy to have him on board. Welcome to the team, Brian!

HostelManagement.com will continue to grow in 2011, with more Hostel Management Unconferences, more online resources, and more projects to help the hostel industry expand worldwide...

Congratulations Brian. But I think as important, congratulations Josh for growing this thing into a site where you can attract top talent! I look forward to the bigger directions a change like this will deliver.

Congratulations Brian. You and Josh are both excellent people to be running this site. You both have welcoming and helpful attitudes. What's more, I agree with both of your views about what are the most important things about hostels! :)
