What P/E and other key indicators are 'typical' in the industry?

I'm looking at buying an existing hostel business.

The property & building are not part of the sale.

After lease costs and all business outgoings, as a percentage what is reasonable for NPAT, EBIT, P/E etc.?

Here is an older thread that talks about some of the hostel industry KPI. Sadly this just lists the metrics, rather than identifying actual industry-wide numbers for comparison. Since the industry is so fragmented it's really hard to collect any kind of data for comparison.

Perhaps someone who has recently bought or sold a hostel could share some insights?

For those who don't know:
NPAT = Net profit after taxes
EBIT = Earnings before interest and taxes
P/E = the ratio of stock price to the earnings for one share
KPI = Key performance Indicators
