What are the places with little or no hostels with the most potential?

Depending on how long you would like to wait and what kind of hostel you would like to open myanmar will be a great place to start a hostel or guest house. however, the foreign business investment law ist still quite tricky and the investment required is still quite high. but if you want to open a backpackers place this will be the destination that will for sure get a run in the next years as a lot of people that are "bored" of travelling thailand etc. are now going to myanmar though it is still quite expensive to travel there (well not really but compared to thailand, vietnam, cambodia etc.)
