Countries race to contain an outbreak of swine flu:

More than 100 people in Mexico are believed to have died from the new flu and more than 1,600 sickened, prompting widespread school closures and other measures.

Ticket prices are already cheaper.
The maps that you show are not accurate, they do not show any cases in Argentina.
We now have 13 suspected cases pending approval, no deaths.
Argentina closed al flights to and from Mexico. Argentine embassies are sending charter planes to get Argentine tourists, there is a Hospital tent in Ezeiza...I have no idea how people abroad are taking this, but we also have a Dengue plague up north so things re pretty hectic around here.

Besides all this...this is no longer considered as Swine flu...they call it H1N1, so it´s a different type of disease.

US: 286 casos, uno mortal

The one fatal case we had in the US was a 2-year old child. It hasn't killed any healthy adults here. I would hate to get it because I just got over a bad flu in March, but I'm not worried about it.

(34 confirmed cases here in Massachusetts so far.)

apparently there was another death in America. But the victim was someone who had chronic health problems

The article adds that the rates of hospitalisation are similar to the normal seasonal flu.
