Every 'property' is called either a property, a "facility", a "former manor house", a "site", a "rural retreat" or just by its name eg "YHA Oxford Street". (In skimming through, I did spot the word "hostel" once!!)
It seems a pity that YHA have reserved the sole use of the term "Youth Hostel" yet now they hardly ever use it.
