My name is Nate and I am the owner of Casa Miraflores hostel concept located in Cali Colombia.

In 2012 I started a guesthouse concept based on the idea of co-living and co-working for upscale backpackers looking for a place to work while they traveled. This eventually evolved into a full blown hostel which became extremely popular in the last few years. We have definitely carved a niche within the hostel industry for our engaging service and good vibes.

Our current objective is to sell this current location and start growing additional locations throughout Colombia and South America with the help of other like minded entrepreneurs.

This hostel is our corporate location which has 6 private rooms and 14 dorms beds, (all with private bathroom) plus an amazing penthouse loft with jacuzzi and city view. There is also room to expand another 4 private rooms and also install a mini cafe for food up-sells which is currently in the process of being built. These renovations will be included with the purchase price.

A little about the city of Cali, Colombia. Cali has a population of roughly 2,500,000 and is known as the Salsa dancing capital of the world. The climate is low 80's every single day of the year. It’s known as the city of eternal summer. There are pristine jungles and waterfalls minutes from town, and a lake for kite surfing just 1 hour away which also brings many tourists.

Because of the salsa, the energy in Cali is very unique. Every night you can find salsa clubs full of people dancing. People come from all over the world who are especially interested in dancing salsa and to also attend the many salsa and music festivals the city has to offer.
