Looking to buy

My wife and I are looking to open a backpackers somewhere around the San Diego area. Whereas I am an lowly IT programmer, she has been managing hostels/bars/restaurants/chalets for years.

We have experience, funding and the drive, but currently have very little idea what is available. We have done a small run through and found several areas we like and will be coming back to get a better feel for the area.

While we are thinking about building our own place, if someone is selling we would be very interested in hearing from them.

I will be checking back on this forum regularly (I understand it's new), so please post here if you have any information.
