Database Connection Errors

Sorry about the occasional downtime in the past 24 hours. The forum has intermittently gone down because of traffic spikes...

If it doesn't stop soon I will turn on page caching, but I don't want to do it unless necessary. If you get a message about "too many database connections" just wait a minute or two and try reloading the page.
