Hehe.
Shows nicely that working for crackpots (and having to defend them in public) sucks! :D
Porter Barry, a FOX News producer (O'Reilly show) tries to ambush Bill Moyers but takes a beating instead :D

Well I guess with the proper dish on the roof we´d get anything.
I get YouTube. There are evenings when I alternately watch Bill O´Reilly and Bill Maher videos. Both great cinema in their own way. Havent heard of that third Bill until now though.

Bill Moyers is an interesting guy... the video above is from a conference on media reform...
I've met Europeans that have seen the Outfoxed video, but never really thought about whether FOX gets broadcast over there. I can't imagine that anyone outside the country would watch it. Many people here call it FAUX News :D

I certainly wouldn´t watch it on a daily basis. I could imagine watching O´Reilly like once a month or so. With a couple of friends and some mind-expanding substances to fully appreciate the lunacy! :D

i LOVE fox news. where else can you see people actually scream at each other from 2 locations about stock tips? brilliant viewing.
the problem i have with fox isnt that its right wing - the other channels, whilst not exactly left of centre are certainly democrats. its overwhelmingly biased - obama obama obama. the outfoxed movie is great as it highlights the lack of distinction between journalism and business. i worked for a magazine company for a while and the mantra in the industry is that editorial and management are like church and state - DO NOT MIX. unfortunately even at local levels an agenda is pushed.
that said, take the doco with a grain of salt - FOX news is about as far from impartial as you can get, but that by no means means the other channels are in the clear.

I think the reason that media seems biased towards Obama is because the people are for Obama. Bush has an approval rating in the 20s (%). I think that people realize the US is on a rapid decline and they don't want "Bush III."
There are two "applicants" for the President's job, and one of them looks vastly better. :)
I'm reading this book and it makes some excellent points on why McCain shouldn't be President:
McCain said something like he doesn't care if the Iraq War lasts another hundred years.
Here is Obama speaking to 85,000 people and McCain speaking to what looked like just a couple hundred:
If you watch McCain's whole speech, you never see more than a few rows of people, and the group that is shouting support sounds canned -- probably a group of his own campaign staff pretending to be grassroots support. I saw that kind of thing going on in the last election, with Republicans paying people to stage fake Bush rallies, etc.
