New Wiki Homepage

I made a new homepage for the Hostel Management Wiki.

For now it's a typical wiki homepage look (from Wikipedia), but it looks a little cleaner than it did before...

The Wiki doesn't get as much traffic as the forum and main section of the site, but it has gotten over 48,000 page views since it went online. I hope people are finding it useful...
