I need help!!!!!!!

Start a Hostel

Hello we are a couple of Spanish living in Barcelona but we want to start a hostel in.............we don´t know excatly the place but we have been thinking in the caribean sea.
Which is my problem??I don´t know how to start!!!!
Buy or rent??burocracy??country permissions.......???.
Any help will be very useful to me,I´ve the idea and the ilusion but I need your help please
