New here!Help needed from Singapore..:)

Hi all!

I happened to chance upon your website and its really good!
kodos to you guys who made this happen!

Anyway I am thinking of opening a hostel in Singapore. From what I have read on the forums and Internet pages, the market's saturated.

I am intending to have a mix of long term stayers made up of foreign students, as well as a mix of young, hip backpackers.

However I am not sure where to start doing my research and how is it you guys manage to differentiate from each other.

As you all know Singapore is just so small you can cover the length of the country in less than a couple of hours!

So really would appreciate if someone could drop me some tips how to make it special! :)
