The great thing about the Hospitality Industry is that there is room for every body and all ideas too. We see divirsity in the Restuarant & Hotel Industries it was only a matter of time before it trickled down to the Hostel Industry. HI's can be cookie cutter to a degree but even they differ from location to location, depending on the owner. The average Backpacker will continue to demand more bang for their travel dollar and these hostels have identified a niche in the market.
