Not a good situation. Anybody ever stay at this particular hostel before?
Cape Town - Firefighters were hard at work on Friday dousing a backpackers building in Cape Town, after a fire in the early hours of the morning claimed four lives.
The bodies will only be removed from the Two Oceans backpackers once the building has been declared safe. The Loop Street building was gutted in the fire.

"There were claims made that the fire escapes were locked, and we'll look into that during our investigations," police spokesperson Andre Traut told News24.
No tourist hotspot, the Two Oceans Backpacker in Loop Street is known for its seedy dealings. Police have raided the premises on several occasions, and made arrests for robbery, theft and drug-related charges, Sapa reported.
It is home to many permanent residents, especially from other African countries, who work in the area.
Nice. This place wasn´t even a backpackers, despite the name. Greedy slum landlord. If it turns out to be true that fire escape doors were locked, the owner should rot in jail.
