If you do a search in the Hostel Management Wiki you can find lists of hostels on Twitter and Facebook. :)
Here's a complete site search that lets you search all public pages on HostelManagement.com:

Try typing "Twitter" or "Facebook" in there and you'll get a long list of resources.
