Poland hostel - costs? tips n tricks?

thinking of opening a hostel in Poland, medium size around 40 beds

any tips or tricks ? can i just rent a 3 or 4 bedroom flat and go to town? any specific licenses etc that are particular to poland?

also.. any idea of start up costs? 10,000 euros enough or....?
