I want to own my own hostel one day, In BC, Canada... :)
I have hostel front desk, housekeeping and management experience, what I want now is experience getting a hostel off the ground.
One of the hardest parts of starting a hostel is your going to wait months before you see enough guests for a profit... So paying full time staff can really hurt when you've only got 2 guests.
If your starting a hostel in the next couple years, I could move there, live in the hostel, help you renovate it, set it up, and work full time when it opens.
Just pay me enough to eat and drink. :)
And maybe we can work out some kind of future % bonus thing for when I've got you a 98 rating and your totally booked...
I think its a good offer?
p.s. im managing a hostel right now so this is a long term arrangement nothing in a month. :)

Hi... I'm opening a hostel in Querétaro, México... would you move this far?? I already have the house i'm gonna rent and i'm in the process of obtaining all the government permits... but everything seems to be working ok. I'm planning to open it the last week of November, to receive all travellers of December's high season. It's only myself and my partner and some extra help wouldn't hurt right??
