Its called re investing in their properties. At least they finally have moved ahead. Wonder how long they defered maintenance though to get to this point. Seems like a lot of money but when divided by 26 hostels works out to 5000 pounds each which is really miniscule.

Hahaha, we spend almost the same amount on repairs & maintenance for each of our hostels every year.
