Town hall and other offices are not answering my mails (no surprise there). I will go there on the 16th but I would like to ask:
- How to transform a huge flat into a hostel? The leagal requirements I mean
- Is there a specific office or person in charge? South of Spain area

Hi Daniel,
How did you go with your research trip? I too am hoping to get more information on Spain, in particular the North and East coasts but am having trouble getting anywhere from where I am. I can't get over there until next year as I am currently in Australia. It would be good to hear if you managed to find the relevant departments regarding the legal requirements.

Hi, I got some info. Maybe its easyer to do things with a local lawyer who makes sure everything is done in the propper way. Regulations change depending in what region you are in.

Yeah, I thought as much. I'm trying to get as much information as I can before I got there. I'll try to contact some lawyers before I get there.
I guess if things are too easy they wouldn't be worth doing!! Good luck with your research.
