full payment model

Full payment model? (A model where booking site charges full amount directly to a customer, and paying hostel's share on monthly basis)

Any thoughts, comments?

We deal with a few sites doing this already.. IMO Biggest fears are
- they go broke you don't get your money
- The don't pay on time.. bad for cash flow
- Even if you give 7-30 day terms still not great for cash flow
- If a refund is needed/cancellation who is responsible
- More admin running debtors
