Backpacking & youth hostelling in Scotland

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post although I've been reading the forums for a while. I'm currently doing my thesis/dissertation on the backpacking/ youth hostelling sector in Scotland as basically there's hardly been any done for this country. I have a keen interest in this sector and want to own my own business in this field.

I'm looking for people to send a small questionnairre who have ever been to Scotland on holiday and used youth hostels as part of their stay (ideally independent over SYHA but not essential). For part of my dissertation I'm looking at motivations of why people chose to visit Scotland and why they chose youth hostels. Even if you haven't been to Scotland but are planning to, it would still be of help.
