Hey, you always order the wackiest food on the menu - and now a little bit of anti-foaming agent and sodium acid pyrophosphate turn you off? ;)
Just saw this on Facebook:
Interesting list of what's in Mcdonalds french fries: "anti-foaming agent," beef, milk, hydrogenated soybean oil with TBHQ, and sodium acid pyrophophate, whatever that is...

Doesn't sound too appetizing :)

I like to sample natural "traditional specialties" -- though sometimes it's just for the sake of blog posts. :)

Frankenfood IS traditional American - or is there any other tradition? ;)
I wouldn't call it "traditional", but good point. :)

I once saw a video where they put a big mac, a burger from some nearby shop and the mcdonalds fries in separated glass bottles.
After 1 week the burger from nearby shop was rotten, bigmac was kinda cool and the Mcfries were just like day one: Perfect!
After 2 weeks the bigmac was done and the mcfries were still there.
The experiment lasted 6 weeks, and the mcfries were still there in perfect state!! SCARYYY!!!
Here's the video:
