I guess that would depend on your definition of "what they need" how you use your Facebook page and your own website. Basically you can't live video or chat from a fan page but you can put links to skye accounts so they can call you easily if they are on skype (or Google talk).
If you optimize you page well you will show up in FB results well. You can put content/info on your page, use applications like http://northsocial.com to make it more engaging. Use the ratings function to let you current and old guests have their say and communicate that way.
I would just be using FB as an outpost and still trying to drive people to my site would be my number one goal.
Another really exciting tool I have just found is called Vyou.com which allows you to have interactive Q&A via chat and video This will be a great social video tool for customer service in the future.
