Tracking Hostel Reviews

Peter here from Travellerspoint. I've been in touch with Josh to make sure it's ok to post about this in the forum (don't want to be seen as a spammer :) ).

I recently put together a prototype for a tool that hostel owners could use to track reviews across different sites. Many sites don't have feeds for their reviews and so keeping an eye on what's posted there can be a tedious manual process. In fact, from my own looking around, it seems that only Tripadvisor and Travellerspoint have such a feed.

What I've created is an aggregator that goes through a selection of budget accommodation sites and converts their reviews into RSS format so you can easily subscribe to it. It's pretty basic, but having all the reviews in one feed seems quite handy. Currently it can track 7 different sites at once. More can be added quite easily.

I'd love to know whether hostel owners actually see a need for this? Or maybe you've already found another way of dealing with it and further development on this is pointless? Your responses will pretty much dictate whether anything else is done with it.
