I think it would depend on the location in New Jersey. The state has a lot of different regions. If you're in the north, then New York City might be an attraction. In the south, there are outdoor activities (Pine Barrens).

hey,
i thought about opening a hostel in new jersey. what are your opinions? are there any good activities do to in the winter time? or is it just great in the summer to be there?
are there a lot of tourists? i know that in the summer time it will be quite easy to get a lot of people in the hostel but im afraid of the winter time.
i would be happy for any opinions.
