Buy / Sell a Hostel
I am looking for a building in Central London that can be converted into (or that is) a hostel. Or a business already operating as a hostel or hotel. Has to be close to the sights.

Unfortunately not. I do look, but there isn't a lot out there at a reasonable price. When I say reasonable, there is nothing under £5 million!

Have you looked into renting?I read an interesting post on here sometime ago by someone who had approached a pub to use their unused space.
