I am planning to open a hostel in Bucharest Romania. As far as I know there are no real hostels in Romania.
what is the minimum size needed?
i located a building 3 floors - total 340 SM built.
I planned on making the reception + coffee + internet ++ on the ground floor and rooms + showers on the second and third.
I am a bit worried that the space will not be sufficient.
