Fresh new hostel in nigeria

Hello guys,

need to see the simplest proposal for a hostel for females in a university outside campus to accomodate two people per room/bungalows with in built shower and kitchenet,etc..
The size of the land is 4600sqm
46 rooms, and what else can generate revenue out rent etc.
Let the game begin
