Hi All,I would be interested in talking to anyone who is looking for a newly refurbished and trading hostel in the Wicklow Mountains. It is an excellent venue for hillwalking and everything outdoors.It has 30 beds over 7 ensuite rooms and was completely refurbished in winter 2009. I have operated it for the past 6 years and am now looking for a change. It has a good reputation and is always rated top on Hostelworld .com for Wicklow. The place looks great! I just have a couple more questions. How much square footage of living space is there? Is there a somewhere for the owner to live on site? And how much are you looking to get for purchase and rent?
