Sorry for the downtime over the night (California time zone). I was attempting to restore a more recent backup, but wasn't able to. It looks like the Nov 9th backup is all that is available.

Server Migration Problem
Site Feedback and News
I had to move HM to a better server because of the traffic load. There was a glitch in the migration, and the site was restored with a backup from November 9th. Some of the content added to the site between Nov 9 to 11 has been lost. :fatigue:
Basically, this is the information that is gone:
- forum posts
- new user registrations
- emails
- support tickets
- private messages
Very sorry to everyone about the loss of data. There were daily backups, but the glitch was basically a freak accident that was impossible to predict. This new server has two very good backup systems, and one of them is a 3rd party remote server that can't be affected by outages on this server.
If you have sent me an email or support ticket in the past two days, please resend it.

When I clicked "New Posts" yesterday afternoon 6 messages came up - I had seen them all previously. So no problem my end but there may be a few messages that have been lost.
